If you have received an invoice from Total Marketing and Consulting Inc., your invoice will include the service that you purchased.
Photo and video services are always billed on a “due on receipt” basis. With very few exceptions, you will receive your material before the invoice.
Email blast services are always a pre-paid service. You will always be asked to pay for the service before the email blast is sent out. Most of our email blast services are ordered and paid for online and an invoice indicating payment is sent out as a receipt, not a request for payment unless otherwise indicated.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, so feel free to ask for a quote or please verify pricing on any service that you are requesting.
In-person meetings and consultations are billable, including any applicable travel time, unless otherwise specified.
Services (other than email blasts) are always rendered up front, so please do not engage our services if you are not prepared to pay upon receipt of your invoice. If your company has a payment policy that will involve a delay before payment is sent, please let us know in advance.
We reserve the right to charge interest on any invoice not paid promptly. NSF cheques will incur a $20 fee.
We will always do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction; however our services are non-refundable, including but not limited to Email blasts, Video Tours, website design or programming, consulting, and graphic design.
Please note that work is invoiced either weekly or monthly or upon completion of the project, depending on the work being provided.
We sometimes invoice before your project is complete: if the time crosses over a month-end, or if the invoice reaches a certain amount. If you’ve changed the scope of the project or requested additional revisions to the work we’re doing, then your invoice amount may not exactly match your quote.
If you have questions or concerns about your service, please let us know right away so that we can resolve it for you. If you have questions or concerns about your invoice, please ask – having a question you haven’t asked is not a reason to withhold payment.
Time logs and other details of your invoice can always be provided in more detail, upon request.
We aim to provide a transparent service and will always provide all user names, passwords, access information, or working files (upon request) for all paid work done for you or on your behalf.
We reserve the right to ask for pre-payment or a deposit on the services we will be providing. Payment of a deposit constitutes hiring us per a written or verbal quote.
Deposits collected will apply to your first invoice and any remaining balance of that invoice and future invoices will be due upon receipt.
In the rare circumstance that you discontinue or change the service you’ve hired us for before the work has been completed, you will remain responsible to pay for the hours spent or expenses incurred until we were advised of your intention to change the job that we were hired to complete.
We reserve the right to require a credit card number to be kept on file to pay, and/or to use that card in the setup of a website, or the purchase of a domain on your behalf.
